Hi everyone, I came to know that Tech Mahindra Hyderabad is conducting an interview for the post of Associate Technical Support. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for attending this interview. Please let me know asap.

Eligibility to attend Tech Mahindra Hyderabad Associate Technical Support interview;

Aspirant must be any graduate from any recognized institute.

Aspirant must have excellent communication skills.

Aspirant must have experience in handling Dual Chat process with excellent typing skills.

Aspirant having experience in International Voice will be an added advantage.

Aspirant must have willingness to work in 24*7 shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. You must have completed your graduation form any recognize university.

2. You must have good communication skill.

3. You should be flexible to work on 24*7 environment.

4. You should have knowledge on troubleshooting the technical issues of PCs and Laptops.
