Hello, I would like to know that if I get the job at HCL Technologies Hyderabad as I have applied for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee then what would be my job profile? I don’t know much more about the job profile so I want to know about this.

- You need to work on Technical Domains (Windows, UNIX, Storage, Network, Security, Database etc)

- Independent troubleshooting within SLA

- Manage Customer escalations

- Implementation of Six sigma projects

- Identify an avenue for value adds and present value add a summary

- Participate in Talent Management meetings - sharing and acquiring knowledge

- Update the knowledge base

- Technically upgrade across versions of the environment when required

- Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)

- Participate in monthly QA audits

- Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain).
