Job profile of Technical Support Engineer in Kaspersky Mumbai as follows :

-Provide technical support to customers and partners by phone and CSS .
-Review test cases and internal knowledge sharing.
-Secruity solutions (firewalls/ authentication/encryption/anti-malware / /DLP/ IDS/IPS/ Device Control).
-Troubleshooting for technical difficulties.
