Can you please let me know about the job profile for the post which is Technical Support Associate offered in IBM, Kolkata. I have heard that they are hiring for this particular post. But I really don’t know about this job.

As a Technical support associate you will have to provide voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP. You are required to handle inbound calls/emails/chats regarding technical problems for end users. You are required to perform problem cause analysis. You are required to resolve routine customer problem. |
