Hi everyone, I want to appear an interview for the post of Technical Support Associate which is offered in IBM, Kolkata. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria through which I can attend this interview. Thank you!

Eligibility to attend IBM, Kolkata Technical Support Associate interview are as follows.

You should be any graduate (10+2+3)/any post graduate, BE/BTech, Diploma holders (10+3).
You should have excellent communication skills (spoken and written both).
Candidates with 1 plus years relevant technical experience are preferred for this interview.
You must have willing to work in any shifts.
You should be able to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts.
