Hello everyone, I am going to attend the interview of Extreme Networks, Chennai for the post of Associate SW Systems Engineer. I would like to know about the job roles for this particular post allotted to the employees by this company.

Job roles of Associate SW Systems Engineer in Extreme Networks, Chennai:

You will need to analyze the problems of customers and fix them in different functional areas of the product.

You will work with SQA members of sustenance team to replicate customer issues and provide analysis and works around for the problems.

You will work with TAC (if necessary) on critical accounts/issues to enable quick resolution.

You will work with members of Mainline Development / SQA team to analyze / fix customer issues in the product.

You will work with the team to set-up and maintain the lab for the team usage.
