Job roles of Desktop Engineers in L&T Infotech Pune?


Hello everyone, I am going to attend the interview with L&T Infotech Pune for the post of Desktop Engineer. I would like to know about the job roles for this particular post allotted to the employees by this company.

Their job is to provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
