Provide appropriate recommendations.
Provide articles to develop the KMDB.
Liaising with Internal functions.

-You will have to do work over Zycus Procurement Performance Applications.
-Managing customer requirements and gathering data for the enhancement of zycus products.
-Provide business solutions for customer needs and development.
-Handling of data and metadata.
-Report and documentation.
