Kotak Mahindra bank KSO program Personality Profiling and Cultural Fit Profiling explanation
There are 4 stages in selection process... 2nd and 3rd are personality profiling and cultural fit profiling.. Any one please explain these 2 process...

The program.is of 12 months duration comprising of 9 months full time residential classroom training and 3 months of Internship at any of bank branch located anywhere in India.
Those who successfully complete this 1 year intensive program will be awarded a PG Diploma in Relationship banking by Manipal Education campus . The programme is UGC approved. |
