What should I choose banking or insurance in Kotak Mahindra?
Hey guys . Greetings of the day I got an offer letter from tata AIG as a channel sales manager . And kotak Mahindra as cvm officer ... I am confused what should I choose for my career growth banking company or insurance...

Plenty of opportunities are available in banking sector.
Banking sector is better than insurance, as most of jobs in insurance are based on sales target. Banking sector has better career as in this you will get good salary package and many other facilities like traveling, house rent etc. |
