<> You need to handle client escalations point for all the delivery issues and work with the sales and delivery team to review, execute and align for account growth.

<> You need to maintain and build the consultant candidate;s relationships.

<> You should be able to understand the priority of the requisition and the difference between direct as well as process requirements.
