Roles and responsibilities of Product Support Engineer in Directi Internet Solutions Private Limited Bangalore as follows :

-Support over chat, email, phone and social media.
-Ensure resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
-Report and documentation.
-Active participation in product planning process.
-Support for production team.
