Roles and responsibilities of a Support Engineer II in Amazon, Hyderabad?
Respected Sir/Madam, I came to know that Amazon, Hyderabad is hiring for the post of a Support Engineer II. I am interested to apply for this particular post in this company. I would like to know about the roles and responsibilities of this particular post which is available in Amazon.

As a Support Engineer II in Amazon, your roles and responsibility are as below:
1. You have to work on DB performance tuning and troubleshooting. 2. You have to work on setup alerts for production DB environments. 3. You have to work directly with Amazon Web Service architects to help reproduce and resolve customer issues. 4. By using your extensive customer support experience, you have to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve services. 5. You are responsible to drive customer communication during critical events. |
