Roles and responsibilities of Tech Support Executive in Genpact, Hyderabad:

You will be responsible for customer inquiries and problem escalations.
You will provide email support to troubleshoot and solving problems experienced with client accounts and other technical issues.
You will reproduce customer issues and increase the product bugs.
You will provide excellent customer service to the customers.
