Hello, I just want to know about the criteria for selection in Citrix-Bangalore for the post of Service Desk Analyst. Actually I am interested to give the interview and work as a Service Desk Analyst in this company. So, I want to know about the selection criteria.

The selection criteria for the Service Desk Analyst in Citrix-Bangalore recruitment is on the basis of your knowledge and skills and would be completed in 4 rounds, HR interview, Voice Assessment, Aptitude Test and Manager Round.

You must have bachelor degree in Science, Arts or equivalent with minimum 4 years of work experience on similar profile.


If you are a bachelor of Science graduate from a recognized university in the field of Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business etc then it would be an added advantage.

-Technical test for product knowledge.
-Telephonic round and IVR check for voice quality and resolving skills.
