Hello, I just want to know about the criteria for selection in Avaya Pune for the post of Software Engineer. Actually I am interested to give the interview and work as a Software Engineer in this company. So, I want to know about the selection criteria.

Selection criteria in Software Engineer interview of Avaya Pune as follows:-

1. Online Test. (Aptitude+Technical)
2. Technical Interview.
3. Manager round.
4. HR Interview.

Avaya has invited online applications for the post of Software Engineer 1 In Pune. Candidates from 2018, 2019, 2020 Batch in Bachelor/Master Degree are eligible for this role.

Selection criteria is on Aptitude and Technical test and interview, manager round and HR Interview.

Job includes designs, deploys, and supports best in class software development processes and tools.

Develops tasks including module design and coding, debugging, and documentation of application programs and systems level programming
