Hello Sir, I want to prepare for the interview of Amazon Jaipur for the post of Support Engineer. I would like to know the selection procedure in this interview for this post. Kindly let me know about the procedure of selection.

Selection procedure :

Deliver the best possible support experience to our customers Via Phone and Chat.

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate/Any Postgraduates.

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

Compensation details: 1,60,000 LPA to 2,10,000 LPA + Night shift allowance + Rs.1100/month zeta meal voucher + Rs.1250/month for internet allowance and medical insurance etc.

Selection procedure of Amazon Jaipur Support Engineer interview as follows :

-Apptitude test depends upon HR.
-Telephonic round with the client. / IVR round for voice clarity quality check.
-HR interview.
