Hi, I want to know about the selection procedure in the Amazon Jaipur interview of Virtual Customer Service Associate. I came to know that this company is scheduling an interview for this particular post. So, I would like to know about the selection procedure of this interview.

Selection procedure in Amazon Jaipur Virtual Customer Service Associate interview are as follows:-

1. Online Test.
2. Technical Interview.
3. Versant or IVR round or Business Comms. Test.
4. Manager's Round.
5. HR Interview.

Selection procedure in Amazon Jaipur Virtual Customer Service Associate interview is as following.

This entire selection procedure will be online.

1. Online Test ( Writing paragraph, finding error and some more general English test )
2. Aptitude and Communication skills test .
3. HR interview.

Virtual Customer Service It is a 'Work from Home' model for India CS. VCS associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours.

The recruitment process starts with an online assessment testing your programming skills. This is a screening round and the selected few moves to the next round. The second and final round of the Amazon recruitment process is a set of 4 technical interviews.
