Can anyone of you kindly let me know what is the process for selection in Aptean Bangalore for the post of Associate Development Engineer? I am interested to attend an interview with this company for this post so I need to know about the selection procedure.

Selection procedure of Aptean Bangalore Associate Development Engineer Interview as follows :

-Written test.
-Technical test.
-HR interview.

If you are appearing for the interview, you will be undergo few rounds of interview as below:-

1) Aptitude Test:-

You have to clear the online Aptitude test to qualify for the next round of selection process.

2) Skill Test:-

You have to appear in skill test which is based on coding test on either C or C++ or Dot net or Java . You have to clear this round to reach the next level of selection process.

3) Technical Interview:-

Next, You have to appear in face to face Technical Interview. They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the require profile.

4) Managerial Interview:-

After clearing the technical round you have to get appear for Managerial round of interview where they will ask scenario based questions to verify your skill to handle any critical and complex situation.

5. HR Discussion:-

Once you cleared all the above 4 rounds of interview, you will be asked for HR discussion where they will discuss about you annual package and your responsibility.
