@ Selection process consists of the below mentioned rounds. They are,

>> Online Test
>> Group Discussion
>> Technical Interview and HR Interview.

Selection procedure of Atos Syntel Chennai Graduate Trainee interview;

Shortlisted candidates on the basis of screening of applications will have to undergo following rounds of interview;

1. Online Aptitude Test - assess the basic aptitude of candidates

2. Group Discussion - Candidates who clear the Online Aptitude Round have to appear in the group discussion. It will check candidates' communication and presentation skills.

3. Technical Interview - Qualified candidates from group discussion have to appear for technical round. Good subject knowledge is required to clear this round.

4.HR Interview - This is the final round. it is basically to test candidates' personality.
