Hi friends, I am little afraid because I want to secure a job in Capgemini, Mumbai. Actually they are going to conduct an interview for the post of Software Developer. Please let me know about the selection procedure for this post in this interview.

Selection procedure of Capgemini, Mumbai Software Developer interview;

After screening of applications, eligible candidates are required to appear for the online aptitude test. Candidates who clears the online test, are invited for direct interviews. Candidates are finally selected on the basis of performance in the interview.
Selected candidates have to sign a 2 years service agreement.

Selection process of software developer in Cap Gemini ,Mumbai :

>>Online written exam

Having Quantitative Aptitude ,English as majoor subjects

Some times there is a chance to ask technical questions as well in written examination.

>>Technical inerview

Checks basic knowledge about the technical things

>>HR

Here you will find various personality questions where in you will be asked about your way of working and way of attitude towards work.

Selection Procedure:

If you are appearing for the interview, you will be undergo few rounds of interview as below:

1. Aptitude Test: You have to clear the online Aptitude test to qualify for the next round.

2. Technical Interview: They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the require profile.

3. Managerial Interview: After clearing the technical round you have to get appear for Managerial round of interview where they will ask scenario based questions.

4. HR Discussion: Once you cleared all the above 3 rounds of interview, you will be asked for HR discussion where they will discuss about you annual package and your responsibility.
