Hello everyone, can any of you kindly tell me about the selection procedure which ECS Pune emerges in the interview for the post of Software Engineer? I am preparing for this interview so I want to know about the selection procedure first.

Selection procedure in ECS Pune Software Engineer interview is as follows.

Applicant will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification, skills and experience.

Shortlisted applicants will go through number of interviews.

Final selection will be done through HR interview.

Applicant must have completed BTech CSE or relevant subjects.

Selection procedure in ECS Pune Software Engineer interview :-

You have to qualify the following stages of selection process to get selected for this post.

1. Aptitude Test: You have to clear the online Aptitude test to qualify for the next round of selection process.

2. GD : After being qualified at Aptitude Test, You have to appear in GD Test. You have to clear this test for next round of selection process.

3. Technical Interview: They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the required profile. Also they can ask about your final year project details and few technical question related to that.

4. Managerial Interview: After clearing the technical round you have to get appear for Managerial round of interview where they will ask scenario based questions. Also they can ask about your hobby and interest and how much you are active with those activity.

5. HR Discussion: Once you cleared all the above 4 rounds of interview, you will be asked for HR discussion where they will discuss about you annual package and your responsibility.
