I am a little afraid because I want to secure a job in Genpact Hyderabad. Actually they are going to conduct an interview for the post of Process Associate. Please let me know about the selection procedure for this post in this interview.

The selection of the candidates from the Process associate designation would be completed in 3 steps:-

1)HR Round: The candidates are short listed on the basis of their communication skills.
2)one-on-one interview between the applicant and a hiring manager. There would be questions on experience and skills, work history or availability etc.
3)Aptitude test: Which is a computer based online test. They may take typing test, if required.
