Hello everyone, can anyone of you kindly tell me about the selection procedure which IndiaMART Noida emerges in the interview for the post of Associate Software Programmer? I am preparing for this interview so I want to know about the selection procedure first.

Selection procedure of IndiaMART Noida Associate Software Programmer interview as follows :

-online apptitude test.
-Technical and Programming test.
-HR interview.

IndiaMart has its own criteria to select the eligible candidates for Associate Software Programmer position. First of all the company conduct an aptitude online examination. Those who qualifies the examination will then have to appear for a technical interview. Candidates who qualifies both the stages, will then have to appear for a HR/personal interview for the final selection.
