Selection procedure in Siemens Bangalore Associate Design & Development Engineer interview is as follows.

1. Telephonic interview.
2. Technical interview.
3. HR interview.

Applicant must be graduate with CSE to be eligible for this role.

1. Aptitude.

2. Written test.

3. Interview.

4. HR round.

The applicant should be a graduate in BE/BTech from any recognized university.
