Skills required to become a Customer Care Executive in Tech Mahindra, Mumbai?


Hi friends, I am a BTech ECE graduate and going to attend an interview of Tech Mahindra, Mumbai for the post of Customer Care Executive. I would like to know about the skills which are required to achieve this particular post. Please tell me if you know.

Skills required to become a Customer Care Executive in Tech Mahindra, Mumbai are as follows.

You must have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and any regional language.

You must have a desire to work in a voice process.

You must have good fesktop handling skills.

You must have willingness to work in any shifts.
