Hi friends, I am an BTech CSE graduate and going to attend an interview of HCL Infrastructures for the post of Graduate Trainee. I would like to know about the skills which are required to achieve this particular post. Please tell me if you know.

Skills required to become a Graduate Trainee in HCL Infrastructures:

You should have excellent verbal and email communication skills.
You should have good problem solving skills.
You should have basic knowledge of Networks.
You should have L1 support experience on Windows/Unix Servers, AD, Network Devices.
You should be willing to work in 24×7 environment.

Skills required to become a Graduate Trainee in HCL Infrastructures:-
You should have the knowledge of following software:-

:-Windows, UNIX, Storage,
:-Network, Security, Database
:-troubleshooting within SLA
:- Six sigma projects
:-Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices
