Skills required to become a Service Desk Engineer in NTT DATA?


Dear friends, please help me to know about the skills which are necessarily required to join NTT DATA as a Service Desk Engineer. I am preparing for the interview for this particular post in WhiteSnow, so I want to know about the skills required for this post. Thank you!

Skills required to become a Service Desk Engineer in NTT DATA

You must have good time management skills.
You should have knowledge of job associated database and software.
You should have documentation problem solving skills.
You should have results driven mentoring and coaching skills.
You must have strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Fair understanding about operating system. Must have been worked on at least a couple of operating systems

Basic Understanding of networking.
