Job description of Service Desk Engineer in NTT DATA:

You will be responsible for providing telephone/email/chat, online, social media and remote diagnostic technical support of desktops, portables, peripherals (e.g., printers, projectors, etc.).
You will be responsible for defined policies & procedures (e.g. verifies warranty entitlement, etc.).
You will be required to diagnostics and solution implementation of documents problems in the support solution database.
You will be required to answers questions regarding installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
