Hello everyone, I have done BTech and am going to attend an interview for Dentsu Pune for a Software Engineer Trainee post. I would like to know about the skills which are required to secure this job. Please tell me about the skills asap.

1.Technical skills :-
A.Python

F.Testing (Manual/Automation)

2.Desired skills :-
A.Should be self-motivated with zeal to make a difference.

B.Should have excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java/Python/C++/.Net/PHP/Testing (Manual/Automation).

C.Basic knowledge of any RDBMS is required.

D.Knowledge of java frameworks like spring and spring boot is preferred.

E.Knowledge of Design patterns, OOPS, Data Structure will be preferred.

F.Should show proficiency in software debugging and problem solving.

G.Should be able to Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

H.Should be able to work in a team focusing on the team goal.

I.Should update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment,participate in educational.
