Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, as the name indicates, is a foundation for spreading education in health sciences like medical science, dental science, nursing science and physiotherapy. It is a widely spread-out university with its headquarters in Faridkot. The Anatomy paper is a division of the medical science paper and the curriculum covers all parts of the human body. The components of the human body are extensively laid out in the individual topics from the nerves and neurons to the tissues, ligaments, cartilage, muscle, artery, vein, membrane, organs (heart, liver, kidney and lungs), and brain to the human skeletal system. The workings of the finer components like the channels and sub-parts of the organs are also instructed through diagrams and sketches. Since the anatomy is a paper based largely on the topographical and schematic design of the human body, a major portion of the questions are based on labelled illustrations.
