Cochin University B. Tech In Electronics And Communication Engineering 5th Sem Micro Electronics And Integrated Circuits Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers
The Micro Electronics and Integrated Circuits paper is one of the important theory papers in this semester and is a 100 marks paper. The total time duration in which the question paper is to be answered is of three hours. The total no. of questions in this paper is 10 and is divided into two sections. Section A of the paper consists of 4 questions of which only two are to be attempted with a total of 40 marks. There are total six questions in the Section B of the paper.
