Delhi University B.El.Ed Paper F-2.5 human relations and Communications Papers are based on making the student understand the bases of the subject. You will have 2 hours to answer this 35 marks paper, where you will find one compulsory question (question 1) and 4 more questions from which you need to answer any two. Questions are expected from topics like identity building, how caste, religion, gender and creed affect the formation of identity, Erikson’s viewpoint on the identity development of women and how the feminist perspective undercuts it. The difference and advantages/disadvantages of the behavioural and humanistic approach, which approach it more suited to classroom innovative teaching, the need for communication between the student and the teacher and so on. Questions are generally of the long answer and broad-scope type and care should be taken about how to structure the answer properly. Other possible topics from which questions are likely include the “Tottochan” system of education for students, the limitations to communal identity formation, the need to redefine identity in a globalized world and such like topics.
