Delhi University, M.Tech, 2nd Semester Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers
The University of Delhi offers the programme of M.Tech in a number of disciplines, few of which are Nuclear Science & Technology, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Chemical Synthesis and Process Technologies, MICROWAVE ELECTRONICS, etc. There are about five papers in Microwave Electronics stream, with each having a maximum of one hundred marks. There are five papers in Nuclear Science and Technology stream, with each of the papers having a maximum of one hundred marks. Thus M.Tech in Second Semester is of five hundred marks in both of the offered stream. The duration of each paper is three hours.
