IGNOU is one of the pioneering Institutes offering an excellent ambiance to study in the B.Ed based course offering a paper of Teaching of Tamil. The paper has a maximum of three hours as duration and carries 70% of the total weigtage. There are four main questions in the paper. The first two are offered in pairs, and candidates have to choose any one. The word limit to answer the question is 600 words. The third main question carries eight sub-questions, out of which candidates have to answer any four. Each has to be answered in about one hundred and fifty words. The last question is offered with no options and has to be also answered in about 600 words.
