IGNOU Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication Reporting Writing and Editing Paper consist of 10 questions from which 5 are to be solved. There are questions of equal marks and each question is of long answer type. Questions are asked such as role of media, key elements of reporting, political reporting, radio news reporting, definition of news, editing, responsibilities of copy editor etc. There are a maximum of 100 marks to be scored by the candidates and time given to the paper is 3 hours only.
