The paper Physics-IV includes nuclear physics, solid state physics and electronics in its questions. There are four sections A, B, C and D. All the questions are mixed from all the above subjects. Electronics part include topics like semiconductor device physics, network analysis, digital electronics, amplifiers and oscillators, operational amplifiers, elementary computer sciences concepts, overview of C, C functions, numerical techniques. In nuclear part, nuclear size and shape, nuclear models, the two-nucleon problem, nuclear force, nuclear reaction, particle accelerators and detectors, radiation hazards and protection, particle physics. The subject is both theoretical and practical based. The topics if done practically then it become easier for you to grab the concepts behind their theory. Numerical are very much common in terms of physics and wherever necessary there should be appropriate diagram. So if studied hard the subject is very much scoring.
