The subject Advanced Foundation Engineering is basically about analysis, design and constructive aspects of deep foundations and typical components of foundations. Issues related to quality, survey, site investigation for foundation engineering, repairing of foundations are thoroughly discussed over here. The objective of the subject is to educate the students about the foundation solution for different type of civil engineering problems. When they are done with the semester, the student should be able to design structures like deep and shallow foundations and various technical details of the structure or foundation or construction. The design foundations at the state of art are basically the main aim to structure the future of the students. The systematic information supply, discussions in places where current knowledge is lacking and research is needed are to be taught well for the future reference of the student. Generally the university follows same pattern format every year which is one compulsory question along with 4 questions of your choice from the 6 questions.
