Lingaya's University B.Tech 1st Year Physics (PH - 101) Exam – Download Previous Year’s Question Papers
Physics syllabus for B.Tech first year is basically an extension of the topics studied at the plus two levels. The same topics are taught a little more emphatically and the ideas are coursed with more number of examples and numerical. Instructions are given on 1-D kinematics, Newton’s laws, vectors, motion, momentum, force, work, energy, power, thermal physics, static electricity, current electricity, sound waves, light waves, reflection, refraction and machines. The syllabus takes in almost all the facets of the subject and posits the major viewpoints systematically. Kinematic principles of satellite motions, circular motions, centrifugal and centripetal forces, working of the circuits, current flow and power resistance, concept of levers, concave and convex mirrors, prisms, charging methods, magnetic field, electric field, momentum changes, science behind calorimetry, attributes of water like its anomalous expansion, laws of gravitational pull, conservation of energy, friction, longitudinal and mechanical pressure, polarization, diffraction, ray diagrams and similar concepts are expounded.
