Mumbai University is the state university located in Mumbai, India. There are many colleges affiliated under this university, located throughout Mumbai city and four coastal district of Maharashtra. The founder of this university is Dr. John Wilson in the year 1857. Mumbai University undertakes the examination of Analog and Digital communication for the candidates of B.E in computer science in 4th semester. The important topic covered under this paper is Entropy and Information rate, block diagram of M-ary PSK and PM Modulation, Shannon’s theorem, Noise parameter, Ratio detector, Generator matrices, Ring Modulator etc. The question paper consist total of 100 marks and the total time span is 3 hours the question paper is divided in three sections. There are total of 7 questions within which only 5 questions are compulsory.
