Mumbai University undertakes the exam for its candidates of 04th Semester of B.E in computer science in the Analog & Digital Communication Paper. The question paper has a maximum of one hundred marks and has a total duration of three hours. There are three sections in the question paper. There are a total of seven questions, out of which candidates have to attempt any five. Each of the questions carries maximum of twenty marks. Candidates have to attempt a t least one question, from each of the three section in the question paper.

Candidates are allowed to use a Scientific Calculator or log tables. Each of the main seven questions is further sub-divided into different sub-questions, with each of them having their own marks discrimination. There are both subjective as well as objective type questions in the papers. Apart from them, there are also long answer questions in the paper. Candidates are advised to follow a large number of Mock based question as well as previous years questions in order to attain a high marks in their papers. There are Objective based questions also in the paper.
