Nalco Company offers recruitment to the eligible candidates from different Institute across the nation. The process involves three different steps namely, the written test, the General Discussion and the Personal Interview. The aptitude test has duration of two and a half hours and there are a total of one hundred and twenty questions, divided into two sections in equal part. The First Section has sixty questions from the Non-Technical subjects and the Second Section has sixty questions from the Technical part. Each of the questions in the two sections is of Multiple Types Choice and candidates have to choose any one of the four.
