Netaji Subhas Open University offers the Post Graduate Commerce course. There are all over twenty papers in the two year based course. The name of the first paper or Paper 1 is Principles & Practice of Management. The paper has a maximum of fifty marks, and carries two modules. The time duration of the paper is two hours. There are four parts of the first modules, namely Management, Planning, Organization and Motivation and there are three parts of the second modules, namely Leadership, Communication and Controlling. Both short as well as long answer based questions appear in the exam. Internal options are offered within the paper. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
