This examination is for recruiting candidates to the various wings of the military. The selection is based on written examination and an interview after that. One of the papers is a check on the general ability of a person and is a compulsory one. The total marks allotted for this paper is 600 and the paper is divided into 2 parts. The first part is for 200 marks and checks the skill of the candidate in English language. The second section consists of questions for checking the general knowledge of the candidate and is from physics, chemistry, geography, current affairs, social sciences and other areas. All the questions in the paper are objective.
