National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Exam is an exam of high competitions because students from all over the country sit for this. Mathematics paper of this exam is a very vital and a scoring paper but the level of this paper is above average standard. More over this paper is tough to complete so the students need to initiate this exam at speed. This paper covers algebra, menstruation, unitary methods, geometry, statistics, trigonometry, etc.

Qualifications:

Any citizen of India who has completed 10+2 exam under any recognized board of the country can sit for this test. People from Nepal and Bhutan holding citizenship of India are also eligible to sit for this exam. Any migrants from Tibet who came to India with a motive of settling down here permanently before 1st January 2012 can also sit for this exam.

Score Calculation:

This exam holds negative marking for every wrong answered question. 1/3rd of the marks are deducted from the final result for very wrong answer.

Mode of exam:

This is completely a paper pen based exam (Offline exam). Instructions for answering the paper are given to the candidates in the examination hall along with the answer sheet. Candidates appearing for this exam can only use blue or black pens and HB pencils for answering the paper.

Paper Format:

The mathematics paper of National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Exam holds multiple choice questions. Every question of this paper is printed both in Hindi and English. This paper holds a total of 120 questions and candidates need to select only one answer for each question. The total marks allotted to this paper are 300.

Time:

Total time to complete this paper is fixed at 2 and a half hour.
