The Public Administration Paper III has four sections which account for the 200 marks of the paper. It is a two and half hour paper. Each section has a separate set of marks assigned to it as well as a different word count and options. The last essay type question is for 40 marks and the word count is 1000. It is the single lengthiest question in the paper. However, it is important to finish all the other questions before trying to work on big ones. It is important to use time efficiently.
