Netaji Subhas Open University Post Graduate Commerce (Paper 13) Papers is a paper on Corporate Financial Environment and is encountered in the final year of this course. The theory paper is of 2 hours and has 50 marks. There are two sections A and B and one needs to choose questions to be attempted from each section. Section A has 30 marks and B has 20 marks. Commonly encountered questions are financial system and the constituents of it in India as well as other countries, theories relating to mutual funds and the different types of mutual funds available, functions of stock exchanges etc. The weight age of this paper is 80 %.
