PTU B.Tech ECE-4th Sem-Digital Electronics (EC-204) Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers
Digital Electronics is a major subject for students majoring in Electronics and Communications engineering and is taught in the fourth semester. The total mark of this paper is 60 and is equally divided into 3 sections. The total time duration is 3 hours. Section A has 10 questions of 2 marks each. They are compulsory. Section B has 5 descriptive type questions. A student can answer any 4 of them. Section C has 3 questions. A student needs to attempt any 2 of the 3 questions. They contain 10 marks each.
