The paper on Computer Networks teaches you the various technologies which are used for establishing a network so that proper communication can be established between two or more places. This can be done with help of wires as in Telephone lines or through Satellites. Optical fiber transmission, laser transmission, microwave transmission are some of the means of transmission which are used for communication. The previous paper code for this paper was BC-401 and it carried 60 marks. Now this paper carries 75 marks with a code BCA-401. The paper pattern hasn’t changes much with one compulsory section. This section used to hold 10 questions, but now it has 15 questions. In second section the students used to answer 4 questions with 10 marks weightage, but now they are writing 5 questions with 9 marks weightage. Section A has same weightage i.e. 2 marks for every question. So now you have to answer more number of questions in same time period i.e. 3 hours, so you have to be quick enough to answer all the questions.
