Circuit Theory and Networks Papers of WBUT is concerned about the electrical circuits and covers almost all the essential parts of the subject. It falls under the generic subject of Electronics. Thus the components of the study course are mainly centred in network analysis, voltage functions and parameter representation. It teaches the students about Laplace Transformation and its application in circuit theory alongside Fourier analysis and power factors. The principles are taught armed with graphical diagrams and pictorial presentations for better understanding and clear conception of the ideas. Thus the course is very helpful in training students and enabling them to develop an eye for electrical circuits and their functioning. There are certain techniques of study, the premise of which is imparted to the trainees via this program. The paper, thus, tries to tap the level of understanding of the examinees about the various presumptions related to the theory and the resultant outcomes of the presumptions. 30 marks of this paper are from internal examinations which are held by the respective colleges and rest 70 for University exam. 1 mark questions are MCQs type, 5 marks questions and 15 marks questions contains some questions related to circuits given and some theoretical questions.
